Programs
Your dessert must include all three primary ingredients to a s'more (marshmallow, chocolate, and graham crackers), but the rest is up to you! Ballot voting by those in attendance will determine who becomes our Superstar S'more-r and runner ups!

DESSERT GUIDELINES:
- Must include all three primary ingredients to a s'more (marshmallow, chocolate, and graham crackers), but may include other ingredients as you see fit.
- No alcohol.
- You will be asked to disclose the presence of milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame in your dishes upon arrival. Notecards for this will be provided.
- Serving plates/cups will be provided.

FOOD SAFETY GUIDELINES:
- Keep your preparation area, utensils, and hands clean.
- Separate food when preparing and storing it. Keep raw meat & eggs away from veggies.
- Keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold. You may bring a small cooler to do so.
- Serve food with clean gloves.
