Programs
Speed lacrosse is a fast-paced version of lacrosse. Teams are made up of 4-6 players on each side and played 3v3. We will get as many games as possible each week. Games consist of three 6-minute periods. All you need is your water bottle and stick. This will focus on quick passing and moving.
Open to girls and boys in grades 3rd through 8th. Players must have prior game-play/clinic experience.
